The following tiers are used to scaffold games and experiences. They are inclusive in that they give everyone a place to fit and places to go. They are based on the tiers established by Wizards of the Coast.

Adventurers

Levels 1 - 4

Adventurers are where all good characters start. Adventurer games are developed for characters to build from the beginning. They are also aimed at players learning the game and those returning to readventure.

Heroes

Levels 5 - 10

Heroes are characters with a number of adventures completed. They are known. They have the abilities, skills, gear and magic to take on larger quests. Hero games are developed for characters wanting to explore new feats, explore challenging words, and battle deadly foes. These games are aimed for players ready to roleplay, combat, and explore at an mastery level.

Masters

Levels 11 - 16

Masters are characters that have saved cities and turned the tides of catastrophe. They are superstars. They lead organizations. They have their own castle or temple. Master games are developed for characters that want to change the world around them on a mass scale. These games are aimed for players ready to roleplay, combat, and explore at an intermediate level. Game masters benefit greatly from this level of game play.

Legends

Levels 17 - 20

Legends are characters that have lead their realm into a new era. They rank among the deities. They lead realms. They teach others. Ruler games are developed for characters that wish to face down the astral. These games are aimed for players ready to roleplay, combat, and explore at an advanced level.Game builder benefit greatly from this level of game play.
